Dome Light

I have a 2002 astro, the dome light will not turn off. I have disconnected the headlamp switch and no change. Any help would be nice..

Maybe a door ajar switch doesn't work.
You need to replace the bad one. In meanwhile, remove "interior lighting" fuse to save your battery.

Check all your knobs and dials in the dash, you may have the interior lighting accidentally left on. I believe in those newer models there's a "Dome Override" button.
If not, I fixed my dome like problem by following the electrical circuits in the back of a Haynes Manual and tracing all the connections. (now I just need to revive my power mirrors)
