94 intrepid speedo not working. not vss

i just bought a rust free 94 intrepid. On the way home the speedo would go to 0 once in a while,because of that, tranny went into limp mode.I checkerd fault codes and got 15 66 12 and 55. changed input and output speed sensors but speedo still doesnt workand all lights under prndl are lit. Aswell 66 code still comes up,no message from tcm or bcm. I checked wires from tcm to speed sensor and they seem good but theres no voltage coming out of the tcm for vss. Now i'm stumped and don't know where to look next. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

code 12-battery has been disconnected within the last 50 start ups
code 15-no vehicle speed sensor signal
code 66-no TCM signal
code 55-end of code message

since you said that all the lights on the dash for PRND3L are on, speedo not work, and it's in limp mode, & you said all the wires are OK, you have a bad TCM (transmission control module).

I found the problem the other day. I thought it was the t.c.m. but it did the same thing when i swapped them. Actually it was a corroded wire in the main harness below the t.c.m. , I read somewhere that this was a common prob. so i pulled the bundle of wires out of the loom and found a red w. white stripe wire with the green death in it. Replaced that section and everything is good again

ah yes, I fogot about that corrosion problem these cars have. Glad to hear that you found the problem & fixed it.
