No horn!!

I have a 1990 lumina and I brought it to get two new rims put on at my school and a kid pulled back where you push to use the horn and now it doesnt work. How do I fix it.

I'd start by using voltage tester on the fuse and circuit, even if the fuse is good, if no voltage on the circuit, the circuit is dead.

Thanks JDL. I tested the voltage and it was dead the fuse was blown. it shorted out. I replaced the fuse and it still didnt work so I ended up taking the center of the steering wheel off and found the metal plate on that part and it has broken of in a spot where the two pieces connect when you push.
