Anyone up for casting some custom wheels?

I have a build for a customer going right now... It's a 240sx with these fancy wheels:

The closest I could find in the aftermarket were these:

Other than the wrong center caps, they're pretty close in shape. Unfortunately, they're the equivalent of an 18" or 19" wheel, and overall quite a bit taller than the real life ones, which are 16s.
The problem, when mocking the car up, is to fill the wheelwells evenly (as opposed to sinking the wheels up into them), the car sits too high now, because the tire's overall height is that much more.
Worst case I'll continue to fine-tune the ride height and get it as close as I can, but I was hoping instead to find someone to cast a set of resin wheels, or fabricate out of something else for that matter. I would be able to send the stock wheels from both the 240sx kits as guidelines.
The customer is fine with paying for the custom wheels, within reason. Anyone able to help out? :iceslolan
