First Car

I'm looking for a 4 door tuner for my first car and some good tracks to test out the mods I plan to add on. I have a 15k budget and I don't mind buying a car that I will have to rebuild because I can use my parent's car for regular errands and such. 4doors is a MUST though and preferably AWD or RWD I do want to race on the track.
