Winshield Washer nozzle Neon??

Im saw a couple of cars with blue neon looking lights on their winshield washer nozzles. anyone know what that thing is called and where I can get one?

how would you wire this if I want it to come on when the clearance lights come on? do I tap it into the clearance light harenss, so is there an easier way?

Please don't get the neon nozzles! Those things look like shit! Well it is your car and the g20 is a clean looking car and the neons would make it look ricey!

I have the nozzle lights in my car and I tell ya, they are not that bad. But only when they are wired to the signal lights. They look good when flashing with the turn signals.

i have the blue nozzle lights, indiglo racing pedals and a purple underbody kit on my P10 and honestly it looks rad. you can get them on ebay for like $10 (search for windsheild nozzle lights) and install them yourself.

i had my mechanic do mine and he installed a toggle switch for me so that i can turn them on//off whenever i want (ie: if i see a cop!)

thanx guys for the input. yah, like to wire it up to the turn signals...so do I just tap it into the wire in parallel, or is there an easier way to tap into the wire from around fuse box area? ..or whereever. I don have a elec. manual for the P11, so not sure where all the wires are running.

Im the only one with a g here. our schools are like 7 miles apart. we gotta get together one day. It would be cool if you can help me clear out my corners like you did on your car. :D kenchan, I had some help but the guy wired them up to a small gray box-type connecter and then somehow he plugged it into the turn signal wires. he didn't even go into the relay box. He didn't want to show me what he was doing so I will tell other people. punk ass, i will have instructions soon though

and awhole lotta other shit happened when he pulled me over too like searchin my car and searhin me and questioning me cause he thought i was a dealer

wicked-thanx for the info. i checked out autotoys.com and they had a couple of pictures showing how they installed it. they seem to just use wire taps and tap the wires going to the LED's right into the turnsignal lights (or whatever lite you wanna parallel with). autotoys comments on their site that they provide all wiring gear.

pulled over just for those LED's? damn, that sucks. i should just get the white ones then and route it to the turn signals.

Woah nozzle lights get the cops attention and you get searched and your car too ? Man am I glad I'm in Canada...They don't bother us for washer lights...and they can't search us without a warrant.

yea i do have the white ones.... the cops around here know certain cars... mine happens to be one of them because i work at a place that is all people that have been introuble with the law alot and cause i cruze around town all the time and i "use" to be a big drugie...

cops can not search your car unless they have probable cause... but if you have a record, that may be enough for them to search. not sure.

yah, ive been pulled over for my dark tinted windows on my other car.

not sure about those washer led's thought, there's a lot of guys using it around here. :D cops have more important things to do...like stop terrorism, I guess.

Ya, the cops around here I guess don't have enough to do either..
They pulled me over a couple months ago for going the speed limit and then made me get out of the car and searched it. They can search your car if they look within arms length (ok, my whole car is within arms length, jeez).
Anyways, there were 2 cop cars surrounding me and it was embarrasing just sitting there like I was some criminal..

Ok, he pulls up next to me and points down out the window with his finger.. So I look at my speed and I'm going the speed limit. All of the sudden he gets on his loudspeaker and tells me to pull over so I do. He tells me to get out of the car and starts telling me he's gonna charge me with a bunch of crap that I didnt do.. I didn't say anything because obviously I didnt want to go to jail..

yea, back in my hometown the pigs had nothing better to do than pick on kids. now that i'm at college they're a lot cooler but anyway once i got pulled over cuz of my muffler (which is 50 state legal). the cop only gave me a warning but he said anything aftermarket on a car was illegal. he said this included spoilers, wheels, any tinting, hood scoops...
they're so stupid, i swear i know more than they do about their own job

I took Law Enforcement in College, so I know a little about the Highway Traffic Act. But it seems some cops don't follow it, as last year, when I was riding in the back of my friends Pontiac Sunfire (cough, I know - what a car), the cops pulled us over, because we "looked" like drug dealers with our winter toques on and loud music bumping. Next thing you know, the cops rip out the entire back seat, as they search the vehicle for weed. They didn't find anything though and just left, leaving the seat ripped up.

It really depends on the cop. Some cops will pull you over for anything - some don't give a shit, because they were like us when they were younger. One of my teachers in college actually was so cool he would tell us how to dispute traffic tickets and so forth (tricks of the trade). I know a friend of mine got $600 in fines for having the car too low, fined for his exhaust and other items on his car.

So it all depends. Just be careful :) - and if a cop is behind you flicking his/her sirens, drive faster ;)
