Here is the First Fujimi Enthusiast(Actually Testors/Fujimi) kit I did.
As with the Dino, all the detail I could fit is in it.:)

Here is the Engine..

Front suspension...

The interior...

And finally the front view. Notice the visiors with vanity mirror. ;)

The Fujimi Enthusiast kit is an awesome base to start with for superdetailing, and the many different 356 versions are historically accurate, though it's too bad they only made one Non-Carrera version.

That is absolutely gorgeous!!
I wish Fujimi would make Enthusiast kits again, but according to HLJ, those kits were from an era where Fujimi had money.
I've got the Fujimi BMW 635i Schnitzer ETCC from the Enthusiast range. Can't wait to get started.

I hope they don't expect too much with what they're producing now! Just new decals and if your lucky wheels in the box!
The detail is mighty fine on that thing!
BTW, isn't Fujimi making the RX-8, "new" WRX, ant the "new" NSX-R???
It's listed on hobby search (http://www.1999.co.jp/eng) I don't expect much from these cars...

Hi Lumpulus!
Welcome to AF!!
That is one very nice 356 you did there. No wonder it did great in different comps. How's the F1 modeling btw ;)

It is 1/24 scale, and I included a ruler(inches) in the engine shot for an Idea of scale. :)
Thanks for all the compliments!

Hi Kevin!
I do love that model! Your attention to exterior detail is rivaled only by my obsession with the interior:)
http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?s=&threadid=93644
Like you said...your body + my interior = perfect 356!
At the rate I'm going though, my car won't be done until August!
Sean
Oh, PS: Your engine, is sick! SICK! :) Did you have trouble mounting it in the bay when you were finished? I followed the instructions, but clearance is tight in there. Any tips?

BTW, is the engine wiring part of the kit or is that an extra you threw in?

Again, thank you for all the compliments. They mean alot more coming from my peers! :)
Jastor/Sean; Nope, nothing difficult with the engine installation, other than I didn't attach it to the tranny. didn't need to the fit was so tight.
Only problem with putting the engine in the car is at shows I have to remind the judges to look "in the back" for the engine. :D
I said it b4 and I'll say it again; Your interior is PERFECT.

With the exception of one book I bought, everything else I got from being really good with Google. :D
Also, as I said, the Fujimi Enthusiast series is dead nuts accurate on the various styles of body and even engine differences. I just wish almost all the 356 subjects weren't the very rare(IRL) Carrera engine.
