I just purchased a new 03 X-SC 4x4 Black. I traded in my 4x2 01 Gold rush model. I've been digging through the forum posts and so far you guys have really helped me out on a lot of questions. Fuel economy, tire size, lifts, etc. Thanks for the help in advance.

Thank YOU for taking the time to go through the old material and getting answers to your questions on your own!

Welcome aboard,

Glad the board is helpful. There's lots of good info here. Do you offroad, or are you interested in it? Our 4x4 club has a chapter in BC. I don't think we have a 2003 in the club yet. :D

Schludwiller I want to get into some offroading soon. My goal is to get my wife and kid out camping in remote areas. Places you can only go with a good 4 wheel drive. I'm going to outfit my X to take on just about anything. Where is the BC chapter you speak of?

BC? British Columbia? Bolder Colorado? Sorry for my ignorance.

Ok, either I was stoned, or the profile changed. Must have been stoned. :bloated:

Well the profile did change. From having nothing to my OKC location. ;) Are there any clubs that encompass the oklahoma area?

ok I've been reading and searching the forums for a while now. I have a question. I've been trying to find out what exhaust system to put on the X. There doesn't appear to be a solid preference between Gibson stainless exhaust, Calmini Hi-Flow Exhaust System, I've read about an SLR offering and the Black Cat exhaust. Does anyone have any opinion on which one offers the best price/performance?

ChuckH has the Gibson and it is a good system. I don't think it really matters what system you get. They are all about equal.

Best to move this question into the Mods Exterior section. Better yet, try and find a thread in there about the exhausts you're interested in and post there. It helps keep the info focused in one area.

Thanks. :)
