Headlight Problem

I am getting some projectors from the USA, but i am worried about the light beems going on the other side of the road as You drive on the left and we drive on the right, will there be much of a difference and if there is can i adjust the beams????

the lights wont change there path, they'll still shine in front of your car.
edm and usdm dont have different light pattern angles or nothing, just as long as you install them straight. but on the light you will notice some adjusting screws, just line your self up against a wall about 20-30ft back and start playing around with em until you think they are straight.
