96 Blazer rear wiper motor died

For some reason my rear wiper motor no longer functions. I checked all of the fuses, and they are all good. So, the next thing is to either put 12V on the proper motor terminals to make it work, and/or Ohm out the wires to see if there is an intenal open or short.

There are a lot of wires going to the connector on the motor, so which ones do what? Can anyone guide me through a proper troubleshooting procedure before I pop for a new motor?

Thanks,

Al

It used 3 fuses raido, allum and park lights.
Power on both sides of them.

On the wiring best to get a good wiring diagram.

Make sure the shaft has not frozen up. They do like to do that when unused for some time.

It gets used regularly, so the shaft isn't frozen. I can wiggle it a little to bring it out of the park slot.

I don't hear anything when I activate the switch. Wish I could find a schematic someplace. So far, what I've found on line has been worthless.
