umm...the DOHC ZC head does not bolt onto a d16a6 block. The SOHC ZC head would but not DOHC

i sure didn't. that was RUDE. optimuscivic reg. this month with less than 17 posts. obviously if he knew it couldn't be done or he wouldn't have asked. your reply was :bloated: to say the least

if that were you the first month you were here you would have said "you guys suck...thanks for not helping..." and thrown a fit.

Excellent point Ami.

Help out a newbie yo. :apoke:

Everyone has to start somewhere..my first few posts were about installing a tach...The hell if I knew the blue wire was the right one 'til someone told me :bloated:

Pay no attention to the man in the blue car Optimus Civic. He is a cool dude, but dropped the ball on this one.

For about $500 you can throw a whole DOHC ZC motor in your car, if you have that much to spend...that shit will bolt right up yo, but not a DOHC head onto a SOHC block.. :(

Sorry guys ... I acutally thought he was joking when he asked seeing as a single overhead cam engine is different than a dual overhead cam engine. But alas, everyone does start somewhere
