I always run 93 in my car. it keeps the valves from ticking...I am sure it isn't necessary, but the engine sounds better, so I use it...in MD it costs about $0.15/gal more than regular.

It's really just a waste of $$$$ if your owners manual does not call for it. It just has more octane in it to hold down on detonation. However cars that running high compression ratio or forced inducted are the ones that need it... hehehe

I only use it for smog test less HCs other then that its a waste for me. i'm running a d15 just to let everyone know. with the super i pass and i tried with out i failed by like next to nothing so the super burns a lil cleaner. no gain or nothing i don't knock on reg so i use that.
