Non- USA Lebaron

Anyone know if there is a mitsubishi clone or a different name for the LeBaron sold overseas, like how the PT cruiser was called the Pronto.

While I'm here, anyone know of some places to snag some performance parts for a '95 w/ 3.0L or where a j-spec, or any other complete motor upgrade, could be found?

The LeBaron was sold as the Chrysler Phantom in Mexico and, I believe, as the Chrysler LeBaron in Europe. To my knowledge, it was never marketed under the Mitsubishi name. The LeBaron has always been a Chrysler product and, except for the 2.6L SOHC four and 3.0L SOHC V6, has nothing to do with Mitsubishi. As a matter of fact, all "cloned" products between Chrysler and Mitsubishi have been mostly (if not totally) Mitsubishi products.

The PT Cruiser was based on the Plymouth Pronto concept car, but the Pronto name was never used on production Chrysler product. The PT Cruiser is the PT Cruiser in all markets.
