need quick timing help!!!!!

i need to know step by step how to set the timing on a 1993 accord lx (f22) we had to replace the head gasket, so the timing belt is off of the cam sprocket and everything, i just need to know how to put the belt back on and get the timing perfect, thanx in advance!!!

This is something I need to know as well since I have taken the head off my y8 and will need to put it back together soon...

on the tcam gears, there are marks/notches, and arrows. you turn the gears so the arrow point straight up, and the notches should be parallel to each other on the inside of the two gears.....make sense?

dont forget to make sure the crank is at tdc too
