here i go with the noob Questions.. i use aol and the forum is not notifying me via email of replies posted to the subscribed threads.. i set it up by default and it is not working.. any ideas?:confused:

First thing I would do is drop AOL, I had them for a while, and couldn't get away fast enough.

i haven't been getting mine either. i think it happens once in a while. if it happens again like it did before you'll get about 50 emails in like a week or two from the forum saying someone replied to your posts

on a forum like this, you don't even need e-mail notification...there normally so few replies that the threads you like will always be somewhere near the top and easy to follow. now maxima.org is a different matter altogether, although it's down for the time being. DOH!!:angryfire
