Electrical issus

i have a 1992 mazda mx3 gs with a 1.8L manual trans. i just replace the clutch and now i got it back in my fuel pump turns on when the key is off and my tach sits at 2500 when key is on and the car wont start. where would i start to find what would cause these problems. could i have pulled some wires in the fuse/relay box under the hood
