98 dodge caravan

3.8L es car wont star anti theft alarm went off after opening the door i am not able to start the van since than new with dodge and caravan i am lost.

took cluster out notice no gages were working after that solder the back of cluster now i know how much gas is in the car even and clusters star moving still car is not staring took ac heater control and clean connectors and no answer i unplug conectores next to the battery and took out memory fuse. put everything back together and it run now the car wont pass 30 miles an hour i just got the car cheap and i do not have the repair history i think whoever fix the car did not put the firing order correctly any input will great...!!!

I notice plugs on pcm next to battery locks were broken tape it with black tape around it the conector . replace a broken vaccum hose and all my problems vanish. whoo whooo....!!! my $1,700.00 caravan runs as good as my 04 silverado and my 07 ion II. now i can sell it for around $3,800.00 but now my wife wants to keep it. GOODBYE PROFIT. lol
