Dodge Caravan 96 wont start

Hello for everyone
i am having problem with start
i was driving than in the middle hwy the van shut down and now wont start
i got the code 054
I just change the cam sensor, the ignition coil and the crank sensor.
I change the battery too but wont start i can turn the key but wont start
can some help me out i change the spark too

i engine is 2.4l

if it's getting fuel and has spark its probly the ignition moduler

i hear i noise when i turn the key i think the fuel pump is working

my brother take the spark and touch in the engine i turn the key but i dont see any spark come out
but i allreally change cam sensor crank sensor and the ingintion coil

but i notice the when i try to turn the key more than 10 times
i check the starter is little hot when i put my hand on starter
