The World of Minichamps (Japanese Book)

Hi , Does anyone know where we can get this Japanese book from.
A guy in my office is after it, but we don't have much info apart from the fact it came out in Feb 2003 in Japan is called "The World of Minichamps" or "Minichamp World"

Any help would be great thanks
