sounds like you need a valve cover gasket ,oil pan gasket ,maybe a distributor o ring, new piston rings.

Your head gasket may be going. Do you feel a power loss? It is also possible your piston rings are starting to go. Smoke out the tail pipe can come from that. Bummer that it is causing such a problem. :(

you definatly have some major problems, with those symptoms, id say:
stuck or bent exhuast valve, bad dizzy seal and or cam seal, possible head gasket leak, pistons rings.
pistons rings are not a job for a beginner to do, it requires taking the entire engine apart, and quite possible out of the car.
hope all turns out well.

also remember, white smoke is water/antifreeze, oil is blueish, and way too much fuel is black

Sounds like you need a rebuild, a rebuild kit from honda will have all you need, get a ring kit and oil pan gasket also...
