rx3

There is some old guy that lives by me with a '75 white rx3. He is about 77 and doesnt have time to mess with it anymore. It's in perfect condition, no rust, always garaged, 40,000 miles on it and with no engine... (I have about 4 spare engines in my shed). He will give it to me for $2,500. What do you guys think?

for what it is, price sounds high, especially w/o engine in stock condition..

you know that if you put another motor in it, it probably won't stay stock, and you'll have to modify alot of the car...

talk him down... but it would be worth it...

Rx3's are getting quite rare now and in Australia go for about the same as a series 5 if they have a turbo engine in them.
I think series five is ur gen2.
i sold mine for $14K AUS.
Put a 13B turbo in it, 9" diff, some new brakes, and a GT3540 turbo and hello 9 sec 1/4's.
