fuel upgrade

Ok, so I figure its time to upgrade the fuel system. I went out today and bought some 440 injectors, an si resister box, a aem fuel rail, and a holley fuel pump. Got some good deals, all in all costing a total of about $300. Ok I read an article in Honda Tuning about the fuel lines in my civic. It seems the inlet to the filter is larger that the outlet, thus restricting flow. I remember them mentioning something about drilling out the holes larger which makes sense. The it dawned on me the the outlet uses a banjo-bolt connector, so how is that going to help me? Anyone have any creative ideas on what I should do? I was thinking maybe using a different style filter from another kind of car and modifing the lines, but I know I will have problems with the connectors staying secure under all the pressure. Any ideas?

unless you have something clogging the lines(hope not) then your lines dont need to be changed at all. dont take the risk of ruining the lines becuase it'll be a bitch to find and change them. all of the fuel system mods you've mentioned sound great. the 440 injectors might be a bit of overkill if you're running N/A. but if you're running turbo or some other forced induction then it'll be fine. have fun. :frog:
