tranny questions

1. My 91 crx dx atx sticks when i shift from park to drive. It gets hung up in reverse and you really need to tug on it to get it into drive. No driveability problems to mention though. Could it need tranny fluid?

2. I want to upgrade to a better geared auto tranny, what is my best option, and dont say a five speed, not an option. Integra ls tranny? And will it fit my stock axels?
