location of brake fuse

1993 Integra LS 2dr
anyone know the location of the brake fuse. its not in the drivers side kick panel...i replaced them all and it still doesnt work. i think i blew the fuse since they dont light up when i hit the brake pedal. could it be the brake pedal switch is bad?

more fuses under the hood all the way in the back on the passenger side.
