1. My auto tranny is very hard to shift out of reverse in my 91 crx. It gets stuck and you really have to force it out of reverse when your're parking. Why? Auto tranny fluid?
2. I'd like to upgrade to a more performance oriented tranny but I cant go to 5 speed because my girl shares my car w/ me. would an integra ls auto tranny work in my car. what is my best option?

You know, to be honest wit ya', I never knew there was a such thing as an automatic CRX. Oh and c'mon man if you can't drive a 5 speed it's O.K. no need to lie. just f*ckin' wit ya'. I would try Tranny fluid it seems that I heard of a problem like that and tranny fluid fixed it right up, but i'm not sure, my memory can let me down. damn blunts.

The 90-93 Integra's have a b-series motor so no..an auto tranny from those won't...An 86-89 had d-series motors, so maybe they would...but any Civic auto tranny will work.
I taught my girl how to drive a stick...now she hates driving her auto Corolla. ;)

you might even want to check out the auto shifter assembly and see if something is bent or something. Hope you don't end up having the same problem as me. When I throw my car in reverse the gears don't engage and it just revs higher thinking it is in reverse and moving.
