DX to LX 88-91 Cluster ?

hey guys, i was looking round' the net, and all the really cool face guages are for Si's and Dx and "what not" ( <-- lol, i love usin that word)
but i was wondering bout if Dx is same as Lx ? and if not, are they same size at least ? You know.. the lil face that shows mph, gas, and "what not".. and i was wonderin also ( lot of wondering going on ) if they are the same size, but not same gadgets in the back, is there a way i could swap em ?? take 'gadgets from back of my face, and put em on back of Dx so i could those instead ? Cuz i found some really 'neato' ones. Or would i have to saughter lil pieces and stuff ? thanks for any help/advice !

The DX and LX faces are completely different, except for the MPH gauge. I have one of each...cuz I ripped a cruise control out of an LX last week. The DX doesn't have a tach at all, so the temp and fuel gauge take up the whole area where the tach is on an LX.

LOL - me too Melt...Mine says 170,xxx in that pic, but I have over 210K now :(

I just hope the d15 gets me thru til I finish building my house, then I have a 2 car garage that will be dedicated to nothing but getting the ZC in and all associated work done on my car.
I think the bearing on my dizzy is going bad too..I hear it wind up and make a racket when I start up the car :-\

well your lx one looks like an si gauge cluster so maybe you could use that but i dont know

All the crx's are equipped with a tach, while the std/dx hatch and sedan have the cluster stanley posted a pic of.

Those ones you posted will probably work.

Beware of reverse indiglows though, everyone ive talked to say they dont last long.

My LX broke the 100,000 mile mark a few months ago... still only has 102,000 on it. Just don't have to drive in college much.
