It says in the brochure that this paint is designed for R/C bodies which I have used them on BUT that it can also be used on model kits, pottery etc.
You can apparently gloss over it with Clear lacquer to give it a gloss finish.
Has anyone actually used it on a model?
I have the paint but I don't want to ruin a prized model just to try it to see if it works.

It is best to stay away from lexan paint, it is made to be flexable, and most colours are slightly transparent on plastic. What colour were you looking for in the lexan paint? There is most likely the same colour in Model paints.

I tried it, it is very fragile, and what ever you do don't get your model wet , it redissolves in a heart beat! It's also very thick and is tricky to thin. I wouldn't recommend it for models. :)
