Bad Seller

Hey everyone, i don't visit the Automotiveforums all that much (because i drive a Nissan Maxima), but just thought i'd inform you guys of yet another bad seller:

I sent this guy $320USD and he claimed not to receive it up until the 15th of April, but i traced the money order and it was signed/cashed on the 28th of March... If there's somebody in that area that's willing to help me out, let me know... I'm phoning their State police soon, getting the post offices' help and have already informed my bank, i will be calling his bank and proceeding onto further action...

Any info/tips let me know

dude, go over to maxima.org and find the region that he lives in and go to that forum. jus ask some of the guys in there to go give him a visit.;)
