TBI to carb

Hey everyone my dad is rebuilding A 55 olds but he is putting a 350 chevy TBI motor in it.But he doesn't want to run the TBI but want's to stick a carb on. Any budy know of A adapter from tbi to carb adapter let me know. thank's

wow, a tbi motor runs so much better then a carb motor, it kinda a waste even thinking about the swap. i think the motor will accept a manifold just like any other chevy v-8

You will be better off replacing the manifold rather than using a spacer. check with edlebrock or GM performance parts for manifolds that will fit yourvcylinder heads and is made for carbs.

John is right. Get you a manifold instead of an adapter. You might want to consider a cam shaft change also, as the cam shafts for TBI and other means of fuel injection are different than ones used for carbs. By that I mean thier characteristics (Lobe Seperation Angle bieng chief among them), not thier physical aspects Contact your favorite cam company for details.
