hi,
I need to get new brake pads for my 1990 Integra GS.
I have been looking online and the ones that seem best are the Axxis MetalMaster, Axxis ultimate, and AEM HP brake pads.
I found the ultimated for $40 on ebay which i think is pretty damn good.
I wanted to know which of these are the best pads for the money and also if they all fit without any kind of modifications into my 1990 Integra GS.
thanx in advanced for ur help

I'll speak from experience here. ;) The AEM pads definitely DON'T suck. Not the least bit. I'm running them currently on my '00 Civic coupe with Power Slot rotors. I've heard bad stuff from several sources about the Axxis pads, such as they don't last as long, they are a harder compound, thus they will wear out your rotors faster. Then there's the dust factor, the du7st the AEM pads generate is very light colored, and so they won't make your wheels look as nasty from brake dust as other pads might. Also, I'd rather stick with an OEM spec and manufactured, since the AEM pads are made in part by Nissin which makes the OEM braking equipment for your Civic. ;)

I agree I've been running the AEM pads for two years for autocross and they have worked really well. Took 1st place last year and a couple this year.

The Ultimates I heard work well too. I had the Metal Masters and they dusted too much.
