i have this 2000 dodge neon that someone tried to steal (i don't know why)
but the broke the immobiliser that goes around the the ignition switch is there
any way to bypass it :banghead: or do i just have to cough up the hundred bucks for a new one

There is no way to unhook the system, have you tried to repair what they broke before purchasing new? or maybe a junk yard? The part that surrounds the ignition cylinder is like an antenna that picks up the signal and sends to the computer
