79 f-150

ok, here is the problem, I have a '79 f-150 and the head gasget is blown,
is there a site anyone knows about that I can look at that will help me with the ripping into this, and getting the torque of the head bolts?

Thanks for the help

In my honest opinion, you should never work on an engine without a manual right next to you for instant reference. Either buy one or check one out from the library.
