Can i buy the vacuum servo, linkage, and cruise controls out of junkyard and add them onto one that does not currantly have cruise without messing with anything major?

more than likely you can the wiring may already be their also

(the fog light wiring was in my 99)

I have mounted the servo from the junkyard to my wife’s 2001 but haven’t found any of the wiring.
