I just got it and need to know where the fuel filter is and what would make the ac and heater not even turn on at all

should be along the inside of the driverside frame rail under the door. and check your blower motor relay and and heat or AC fuses first.

The fuel filter is in the carburator.There is a big inlet using a one inch wrench and a 5/8 flare nut wrench.
