will a trany from a 2.7 motor fit a 3.2 motor

The book says no,differant gear ratio.First,What is is wrong with transmission bolted to the 3.2 engine?The transmissions in the 1998 to 2004 intrepids and concordes do not go out and most yards do not get calls for them sitting on the shelf.They have problems with speed sensors.
