Hi friends.
This time we (me and my two awesome partners Ricky and Luca) took all the time we needed. Our target was to improve the standard of quality we set with our R5 Maxi kit (2008 Model-fan Gold Medal winner). We think without a doubt we achieved that result.

Fantastic!

I must admit I don't know the Clio at all- but the kit looks great. (This is the first I'm seeing it ) Sharp looking little car, too.

It's terrific to see another kit from you guys!

Are these kitss for sale? Im guessing they are for a whopping $200 or more.
Though in this case it looks justified. Great looking cars.

Congratulation on this stunning release. Itīs really great to see you guys make your passion work going the step beyond - not just building a kit - but making the kit to build. You guys are a worthy addition to the kit producing community.

Oooh nice!

Looking at that magnificent engine I have to wonder if you guys ever considered producing engine transkits for Tamiya/Hasegawa kits?

I am loving your choice of subjects.
Ever thought about making a street car version to go with the Rally car?
Staying with the rallying theme, a Super 1600 Puma would get my money if you are at all influenced by any outside source...

I try to answer to several questions, also by PM:

ClioMaxi is available, we'll start to ship out in a week or so, time needed to set up first packages. You'll order from our AF fellow member Ricky (contact: http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/member.php?u=296775 ), we expect to have same reseller than with the R5 but at the moment we haven't sure info if not that Domino in BE would have soon in stock)

Price is 175 Eur.

let me show few other kit's shots

Wow Gio,
Another masterpiece!!
Can i ask what is that black chassis? Is that coming from a plastic kit? or just casted with black resin?
I really like the small additional things like night lights and 2 different rims.

Hi Gio,

nice and detailed kit - as expected  .

I have the old Rallye Classics Clio, just like yours with opening engine cover and separate engine.

That kit also came as a curbside-model from Au43 Parallele (see: http://gpma.org/Archive/jsmaxiclio.html and http://www.geocities.jp/rallygarage/impression/cliom-i.html )

Ok - no question -, yours has more building options, more parts and is for sure the better kit, but nowadays you have to think twice to buy the same model in that price area - so I have to get rid of the Rallye Classics first before I take yours :banghead:

Micha: pay attention to front and back bumpers and you'll see that is NOT those kits ;)

Of course, Gio, they are not exactly the same, and lots of small parts are different, too - as already mentioned: for me they are 2 Clio Maxi with the same engine + opening features - so one must go away from my pile to substitute it by the newer kit

Hi Phil, I have replayed to your message the same day you write it, but it isn't a PM if I am not wrong. It appears like a message send from a not registered member.

I have just send you an e-mail.
