i recently replaced both lower ball joints on my 99 cirrus. now that those are out of the wya, i took the car for a drive, noticed a "pop" noise when i take off, then "smaller pop" right before i come to a stop. the brakes and calipers are all tight. did the wiggle test, tire will not wiggle up and down, but will wiggle left to right. is this a bad bearing or tie rod? thanks
