New master cylinder,new proportioning valve,new abs modulator valve,new rear wheel cylinders.could this cause by unproper bleading,or abs module problem.

what does code 2 stand for? have you tried clearing the codes ? and seeing if the problem crops up again. also a 89 is rear wheel abs only with intergated oil resoivoir. try unpugging porportional valve plug ,next e break switch. reset abs fault codes . you may need special tool to properly bleed brake modulair? I have a 92 astro van with a code 65- open relay curciut at booster pump motor, i sucessfully cleared the code and havent had any problems so far
