2003 Caravan.The turn signals are doing funny things.
When using the left turn signal sometimes the right will come on for
short periods of time.
And vise versa
Sometimes when putting on the turn signal nothing happens.

Sounds like a turn signal switch but could also be the Body Control Module (BCM). Any maintenance manual will show you how to test the switch.

I'd lean toward the turn signal switch. Mine did the exact same thing you are describing both times I've had to replace it. Good thing is that its easy to change.
