1987 4runner

i just got a 1987 4runner with a 22r eng and a auto tran the first thing is it has 31'' tires no lift going up hills it is guts lis and shift up and down could that be the tires are to big or a tranny prob but and it only stops with the front driver side brake any one know what that might be thanks

Taller than stock tires will result in less power an mpg, because the engine is operating out of it's powerband.
As for the brakes, pull the pass side caliper and check to see if the piston(s) are frozen.
And the use of capitals and punctuation in a post is reccomended.
