Passenger side is always hot no matter what setting is used. The blend doors and recirculation doors are working. Anyone know where the air could be coming from after the blend doors?

If you're 100% certain the blend doors and recirc doors are good then the only other cause would be outside air entering from a leak in the firewall or a problem with the HVAC ducting.

Did you read my post? The blend doors are working. I replaced them. I watched the open and close. What else could be causing this?

Did you read my post? If the doors are new,you might have a bad actuator.Did you replace that?Or maybe its not plugged in.There are seperate actuators for the driver and passenger sides. The drivers one is behind the glove box.The passenger one is in front of the heater core.Right by the firewall,so if its bad you get to take the dash out again.Do you know how to get codes from the system?Press and hold the ac and recirc buttons at the same time and turn the left temperature knob clockwise one click. The display will give you codes. If everything is good,it will show 00,but if it says like 16,or 48,the right side actuator is or was not responding.24 or 56 would be for a broken door on the right side.
