Many times they will put a paint mark on the bolts to show the set up has been performed and to spot the original posistion.
When adjusting these bolts, make sure you make the same amount of turns or increments for both sides. Check the original ride height before making any changes. Only turn the bolts a little at a time and test drive the vehicle to unload the torsion spring. Keep adjusting and road testing until the desired ride height is acheived.
Too much over adjustment will throw the alignment off, so be prepared for outer tire wear.
