05 1500 HD, 70000 miles, automatic. Just noticed when my truck changes gears it shifts kinda hard and kind of jerks. No warning lights have come on. It's more noticeable when it shifts at highter rpms but it does it shifting up and down. Any suggestions before I take it in to get serviced?

When was the last time you changed the transmission fluid on the 70K you have? You may need to do a filter change and flush.
