Fiat Abarth Assetto Corsa super detail.

been working on this one for a while put away for about a year, but here it is a Gunze Sangyo Fiat Abarth Assetto Corsa, alot of white metal parts and photo etch in this kit.

Since Fiat owns Ferrari now I thought I'd build it like if a Ferrari enthusiast restored it but added some Ferrari high technology and style to it hence the wrinkle red valve cover and the carbon parts that will be on the overfenders and engine firewall. interior will be a simple racing look that reflects the eara of the car maybe a woodgrain stering wheel and such.

Thanks for looking
Steve

What a cool project. Can't wait to see more. I have the Tamiya Abarth version but have never seen this one. Can you show us what all is metal and pe in this kit? I'd love to know.

Keep us posted and don't put it away for another year.

here is the Photo etch, and the last metal piece. other than that the entire engine suspension and wheels are all metal but I have already assembled them.

It's like making the Fiat 500's dream come true, making it as close to Ferrari as possible, lol...like in "Cars".

Looks cool so far, the Scaleproduction resin parts for the Fiat Abarth 1000TCR version would look great on it
