P 1424, Sec.Air Inj.Sys.,Bank1 Leak Detected

evening Folks,
working on a 2000 new beetle
The error code is P1424
i'm wondering what the normal cost of making repairs should be and can I do it myself. Meaning are special tools required. I have the basics.
I have a 2001 TDI and I see this animal is completely different.
Where is this "Sec.Air Inj.Sys.,Bank1" located?
