rear brake hang up

have a 1998 f-150 2wd abs in the rear drum brakes in the rear.my rear brakes are hanging up.i replaced everything on both sides shoes hardware kit wheel cyclinders drums.at first both sides were hanging up even after installing new items.i then disconnected the rear abs system above the rear end and the driver side seams to be free but the right side still hangs up after you apply the brakes.the napa man said maybe the rear hose is collapsing if that is true both sides would be hung up correct.thanks for you input you guys have never failed me in getting repairs done myself.

thanks gitzy
