AC replacement Nissan parts or aftermarket?

I have a quoe from Nissan to replace compressor, drver and line for 1,150 w/nissan parts and a quote from a reputable independent mechanic using 4 Seasons Aftermarket parts for 850. Both places will give a 1 year parts/labor warranty. I know it is best to generally use nissan parts, but regarding the Air Conditioner, does it really matter, especially w/ the same warranty as the dealer can provide? How are 4 Season's parts?

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated
