3.0L Manual Trasmission

Hi guys! The junk yard I usually go to has an EEK with a 3.0L engine and a 5 speed manual trans. Is that transmission worth any money? Because people seem to have an obsession with converting their automatic cars to manuals, and I've never actually seen a 3.0L's 5 speed in real life before. As far as I know, that's a rare commodity, but is there any demand for it? It would fit in my LeBaron, but I enjoy my A604's luxuriously smooth shifting.

I was about to drop the whole frame and powertrain assembly and flip the car over to get the trans, but I ran out of time. If any of you want that trans, I would be happy to get it and any of the shifter cables, etc for it and sell them to you.

BTW - am I right in thinking that only 4 bolts hold on the frame of an EEK?
BTW2 - I'm a transmission mechanic, so if you wanted to buy this trans, I could make sure it's in working order.
