Question Paint Problem

I am thinking about buying a GTP type V body kit for my 2000 prelude. It is silver in colour but the problem is that I don't know when I get a paint job on the kit, will it match my original paint? Can I get this buffed out so they match or is there anything else I can do besides a whole new paint job??

thanks for any help ppl!

If its a stock color theres a good chance it might match but it also might not. The only way to really make it match would be to blend it into the rest of the car. So no you don't have to paint the whole thing. You could have them shoot a test panel and hold it up to the original paint and see how well it matches.
