1999 GMC Jimmy Temperature Actuator?

I have the problem of full heat all the time from my heater. I have dropped the glove box door, but the vacuum servos seem different from the illustrations shown in the forums? (I was hoping to access the "temperature actuator")

I see the vehicle in the forum was a 1998 Blazer? Mine is a 99 Jimmy.... any advice please where I can find the actuator without stripping the dash apart!?!

I have tried to attach a photo of the area I am looking at. (In the foreground is a small elect plug that is just floating around!) Looks like it should be plugged in somewhere??? any suggestions please?

Thanks.... Eriedipper
